I am a Postdoctoral fellow at the University of New South Wales working with Richard Morris in the Theory of Biological Systems Group.

Previously I was a postdoc with Prof. Suzanne Fielding at the University of Durham. I wrote my PhD Thesis on topology and geometry in liquid crystals at the University of Warwick under the supervision of Dr Gareth Alexander. Before that, I read Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Oxford.

My primary research interest is in the application of topology and geometry to problems in soft condensed matter and active matter systems.
